Breakfast
A selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit. Eggs, scrambled with smoked salmon, bacon, omelette and quiche. All served with our own fresh baked crusty bread

Starters and Entrees
Soup, Seafood Chowder, Dips, Italian Antipasto, Smoked Quail, Barilla Bay Oysters (fresh daily). Pate, and our own freshly baked crusty bread.

Main Courses
Quiches, Pasta Macaroni, Terrine, all served with a full side salad.

Fresh from the Farm
Scotch fillet, Tasmanian Rannoch Smoked Quail, Vegetarian Spinach and Mushroom Strudel.

Scandinavian Meals on Light Rye
A selection of open sandwiches of, all served with a full side salad.

Fresh from the river's and sea's of Tasmania
Grill fish of the day, Atlantic salmon Steak, Crispy fried 'catch of the day'

Specialty of the house-Platters fit for a King or Queen
Cheese and Fruit platter, Seafood Platter, Chefs selection of antipasto.
